Linear Automatic Grinding-Polishing Machine Mod. RIBA

Linear grinding-polishing machine with 4 to 8 independent heads for grinding and polishing of cem and grit tiles in the following sizes: 2-200, 2-250, 2-333.

The electric welded iron alloy steel structure of the machine is composed of two machine beds, which are fastened together with bolted joints:
Lower bed carrying the tile conveyor belt running on special wear-resistant steel plates powered by a ratio-motor with inverter-controlled alternating current motor.
Upper bed carrying the grinding and polishing heads.
Independent hydraulic system for every single head, allowing lifting and lowering of the grinding wheels. Designed for multi-use purpose and suitable for every type of material to be grinded, by reducing to a minimum the breaking of the grinded tiles.
Independent electric boards for every single head, for control, adjustment of operating pressures and start of the grinding wheels.
Electric equipment inside gasproof metal case, installed onto vibration-damping devices, according to the safety regulations in force.
Automatic and independent amperometric control for every single head, for operating pressure adjustment.
Automatic incoming and outgoing material presence checks. Automatic adjustment of speed of travel of conveyor belt.
PLC-controlled operating procedures, PLC on board of the machine.
Machine can be equipped with a sizing head with diamond segments.
Machine can be prearranged for integration in automatic plant.
Main manifold for supplying the grinding wheels with water.
